The transflective display is the most versatile of the three, it works great in well lighted and poor lighted environments as shown below.
This LCD above is shown in a well lit environment and the backlight is not providing much light output. The result is the reflected light from the surrounding.
This LCD is shown in a low light environment and the EL backlight is illuminating the display. The picture quality is not focused due to no macro function within the camera. But the concept is clearly visible. |
